My kitchen is old and some units need replacing does this matter?

No our cabinets are made to measure so worn units can be replaced. Generally speaking the sink base unit is subject to the most wear and tear.

My units are imperial?

All our doors are made to measure to fit your existing cabinets, and manufactured to your choice of finish and design.

How long will it take?

Changing the door & drawer fronts and matching accessories in an average kitchen will generally take one day. Two days may be required if worktops are to be changed and new appliances fitted.

Do you use sub-contractors?

Sub- contractors are only used for specialist work such as gas connections or electrical work requiring certificates.

Will there be much mess and upheaval?

Doors & Drawers endevor to keep the disruption to our clients to a minium. We aim to ensure that clients are not left without water or gas overnight.

Could I fit the doors myself?

Doors & Drawers often supply products as DIY, this generally applies to just the doors being replaced. If worktops are being replaced a greater level of skill is required for mitres.

What are the savings?

There are substantial savings when compared to a complete kitchen. Depending on the extent of your renovation project savings should be at least 50%. It also avoids the add on costs such as splashback, tiling and floor coverings.

What are the hidden costs?

A Doors & Drawers order confirmation will only list gas connection and debris removal as extras. This is to ensure you pay the genuine cost however if you wish to include this in your order simply let the franchisee know.

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes our products have a minimum of a one year guarantee. Some such as our laminat worktops carry a lifetime guarantee against defects in manufacture.

Are your doors easy to clean?

Yes generally with soapy water, some designs will have more detail and will take a little longer. As a general rule do not use abrasive products.

How long will a quotation take?

Generally to work out prices and leave you with a written quote should take no longer than 30 minutes. Samples are carried on the van so you can view the range in the comfort of your own home. Quotations are free, Doors & Drawers do not use pushey sales techniques.
